What Works II Accountability Guidance Note
Putting feminist accountability into practice in VAWG prevention
This guidance note sets out What Works II’s approach to accountability, supporting grantee partners, local research partners and consortium members to centre the voices, experiences and agency of women and girls throughout programming and research. It provides practical guidance on embedding feminist, intersectional and do-no-harm approaches across programme design, implementation and closure, including community engagement, feedback and redress mechanisms, ethical research, safeguarding, and learning from feedback to strengthen programmes and partnerships.
